Qualifications & Skills
- IT-related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, IT diploma/degree).
- Good computer literacy (MS Office).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT environment and 1 year experience in 2nd or 3rd level IT support.
