Intersen phase Educators will be expected to establish and extend students' foundational education and guide them toward developing abstract thought and completing independent work across curricula. They will need to:

1. Deliver future-focused education that motivates, inspires, and challenges students;
2. Demonstrate strength of character, integrity, and professionalism at all times;
3. Develop and maintain constructive partnerships with colleagues, parents, guardians, and community members;
4. Communicate and collaborate positively, respectfully, and openly within the learning community.

They will also be accountable for the following areas of performance:

1. Academic Delivery
2. Academic Assessment & Reporting
3. Student Behaviour Management
4. School Brand Ambassadorship
5. Administration

• An undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) and PGCE or B. Education (Intermediate, Intersen, or Senior Phase)
• SACE certification and police clearance
• 2-5 years of teaching experience
• Computer and digital literacy
• First Aid certification
