Location: Kinshasa Congo

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Primary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality

Job Duties
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Education:

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
