Job summary
A reputable recruiting agency in South Africa is seeking a Workshop Manager with a Red Seal Diesel Mechanic qualification and at least 5 years' experience in mechanical and managerial roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and experience with various truck brands. Salary is highly negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of mechanical experience with various trucks and trailers.
- 5+ years of experience as a Workshop Manager.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment.

Education
The ideal candidate must have a Red Seal Diesel Mechanic qualification
At least 5 years' mechanical experience with various trucks and trailers, including MAN, MERC, Volvo, Scania and the likes
At least 5 years' experience as a Workshop Manager
Experience in a demanding environment and Strong staff management skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong sense of urgency
Ideal candidate must have a certificate in HR and Finances
Salary is highly negotiable, dependent on experience and qualifications
