We’re looking for a detail-driven Remote Administrative Assistant to help clients with research, document prep, reporting, and everyday admin. This role suits someone who enjoys process, structure, and digging into the details behind the scenes.

You’ll support busy professionals and teams across industries, keeping operations smooth and information flowing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research and prepare summaries or comparison docs
• Organize files, update records, and maintain digital databases
• Assist with data entry, reports, internal documentation, and slide decks
• Support task tracking and documentation in project management tools
• Help with travel research, vendor outreach, and logistics as needed
  
  

• 2+ years in admin, ops support, or virtual assistant roles
• Strong research and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and cloud storage tools
• Excellent organization and consistency in execution
• Proactive mindset with a knack for making systems more efficient
