A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Leads Insurance Consultant to join a client in the Financial Services sector based in Bellville, Cape Town. The role involves generating quality sales, achieving targets, and handling client interactions. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of call center experience and proficiency in MS Office. Competitive remuneration of up to R13,000 per month plus commission is offered.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 3 years Call Centre experience.
- Experience in outbound calling is an advantage.
- Previous financial services experience is advantageous.

- Generate quality sales opportunities for distribution channels.
- Achieve production norms & targets.
- Make quality outbound calls to clients.
- Record client info on the Sentrix system.
- Handle customer complaints appropriately.

Our client in the Financial Services industry is currently looking for a Leads Insurance Consultant, in Bellville, Cape Town.
- Generating quality sales opportunities for the Distribution channels.
- Achieve the minimum production norms & targets set.
- Quality outbound calls to clients to create quality sales opportunities.
- Adhere to the quality standards of the Sanlam Direct CCC.
- Record client information and requests on the Sentrix system.
- Handle and appropriately refer customer complaints and objections.
- Matric (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 3 years Call Centre experience.
- Call Centre experience (Outbound would be an advantage)
- Previous financial services experience will be advantageous.
- MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Sentrix.
- Up to R13 000 per month plus commission.
