Office and Finance Administrator Job Description
An office administrator is required to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative, clerical, and finance duties.
Manage general reception, hosting, and administration.
Welcome and direct visitors.
Maintain office inventory levels.
Revise and archive financial templates.
Maintain IPS archives and shred outdated records.
Track and report sample lead times.
Prepare client quotations after approval.
Receive test results and manage invoicing.
Process client invoices accurately.
Tertiary qualification essential.
Excellent computer literacy in MS Office.
Finance / accounting software experience necessary.
5 years of office administration in a laboratory environment required.
