A leading company in the FMCG and food sector is seeking a Refrigeration Technician for its operations in Cape Town and Durban. The role includes the maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment, requiring a Trade Test qualification. Candidates should have a solid understanding of refrigeration systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Competenze
- 1-2 years refrigeration experience is essential.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work with complex refrigeration systems.

Purpose of Position :
Complement Recruitment is recruiting Refrigeration Technicians from the FMCG, Food, Beverage, and Liquor industries. One position is based in Cape Town South and another in Durban.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Grade 12
- Refrigeration qualification with Trade Test
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- 1-2 years refrigeration experience
- Excellent knowledge of refrigeration equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
- Gas handling license
- Valid driver’s license
Duties :
- Maintain and repair refrigeration equipment
- Attend to call-outs according to set time frames
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Manage stock
- Submit stock orders promptly
- Submit job cards daily
- Ensure vehicle inspections are done weekly
