Job Summary

Infolytics is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and client-facing Business Analyst / Solutions Architect to lead the discovery and design phases of Zoho-based digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning client business needs with optimal solutions across the Zoho ecosystem, ensuring that proposed implementations are both technically sound and strategically aligned.

This role requires someone with strong business acumen, excellent documentation and reporting skills, deep curiosity about cloud technologies, and a proactive approach to solving complex operational challenges through technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Discovery & Analysis

• Conduct structured consultations with clients to understand core business challenges, workflows, and system pain points.
• Map out current-state vs. future-state processes and identify key transformation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution specifications.

2. Solution Architecture & Proposal Design

• Recommend the right mix of Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, Analytics, Projects, etc.) based on client use cases.
• Design high-level system blueprints and configuration plans aligned with business goals.
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and insightful implementation proposals, solution architecture documents, Statements of Work (SOWs), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Document data models, workflows, integration points, and system dependencies clearly and concisely.
• Produce polished, client-ready documents and presentation material that explain technical solutions in accessible terms.
• Provide project teams with detailed functional specs and configuration guides.

4. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the strategic interface between clients and the Infolytics technical team during project discovery, design, and UAT phases.
• Confidently lead client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and feedback sessions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating timelines, scope, and constraints.

5. Zoho Expertise Development

• Rapidly learn and master new Zoho applications and features as needed.
• Stay current with Zoho product updates, industry best practices, and integration tools.
• Share knowledge and lead internal documentation efforts to improve delivery standards continuously.

Requirements

1. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with Zoho products (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Creator, Analytics, etc.) highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a software consulting or SaaS implementation role.
• Certifications in Zoho (or willingness to obtain them) are a plus.

2. Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and business process automation concepts.
• Familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem and ability to learn new apps quickly and modules.
• Ability to create mockups, diagrams, and user journeys using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or VaniHQ.
• Data modeling, process mapping, and documentation skills are essential.

3. Proposal & Documentation Expertise

• Skilled in writing functional specifications, proposals, SOWs, solution designs, and UAT scripts.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and professional documentation.

4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Confident and articulate communicator, comfortable in client-facing and cross-functional settings.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language.
• Strong presentation skills and professionalism in stakeholder meetings.

5. Work Ethic and Adaptability

• Highly organized and proactive, with a passion for problem-solving and technology.
