Lead and manage day-to-day operations in our steel workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Oversee a team of skilled workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Utilise strong planning skills to optimise workflow and meet production schedules.

Demonstrate a forward‑thinking approach to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Monitor and manage work in progress and stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.

Utilise strong administrative abilities to document and track project milestones and resource allocation.

Qualifications :

Matric / Grade 12 qualification.

Prior experience in the steel industry is preferred.
