• Minimum 5 years experience in Key Account Management within the wine, spirits, or premium FMCG sectors.
• Proven record of securing national retail listings with Shoprite or Checkers.
• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Secure Shoprite and Checkers listings within the first three months of employment.
• Manage and grow existing retail accounts across the Western Cape region.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and long-term supply agreements.
• Develop and implement account strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Monitor category performance and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Represent the company at trade events, tastings, and key account meetings.
• Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress toward listing and growth targets.
