Woolworths Financial Services, or WFS as it is better known, is a Joint Venture with Absa Bank, that supports the Woolworths retail business by providing in-store credit in the form of the Woolworths StoreCard and offering value-added services including credit cards, personal loans and short-term insurance as well as life insurance linked to other products.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation of Sales operating plans in stores in line with business strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage personal sales activities in line with agreed sales targets and performance measures.
  • Ensure compliance with customer service and sales policies, procedures and operating plans; highlight operational risks and controls and escalate to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Integrate with ROG and manage customer relationships in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Present weekly portfolio performance to Team Leader.
  • Provide accurate communication on the operational activities within the store sales environment and produce accurate, timely reports and figures on FS product sales results.
  • Assist with the change process when improvements on products, processes and systems are implemented.
