We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing operations. The role requires a hands‑on leader who can manage stock control, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, supervise staff, and contribute to achieving customer service and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehousing operations including stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes.
  • Ensure adherence to FIFO and other stock management principles.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuing of stock in line with company procedures.
  • Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure database integrity and accurate reporting on SAP/ERP systems.
  • Monitor compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and develop warehouse staff including drivers, forklift operators, and pickers/packers.
  • Maintain effective customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor expenditure and contribute to cost control initiatives.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (NQF 5).
  • 5 years experience in Warehousing/Inventory/Logistics within a manufacturing environment.
