Responsibilities

  • Provide responses to all maintaining high-quality services.
  • Identify issues before they arise; use problem-solving techniques.
  • Handle escalated calls and complaints as per procedures.
  • Work with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
  • Connect and build rapport with customers.
