Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system and component library.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on design goals.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI / UX design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing user interfaces and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in creating wireframes storyboards and user flows.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
