Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury inbound travel environment.
  • At least 2 years’ proven Sales Management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across bed nights and DMC sales.
  • Aggressively pursue and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the brand at major international trade shows.
  • Develop, present, and follow through on compelling sales proposals.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key global clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Market Sales Teams.
  • Identify new sales leads and penetrate target markets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company values.
  • Manage expenses and contribute to profitability.
  • Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.

Skills

Luxury tourism and Africa DMC sales experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of global travel markets and customer dynamics
Extensive experience in supplier relationship management
Exposure to digital and e-commerce sales practices
Ability to work collaboratively within a global team

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Luxury tourism and Africa DMC sales experience ESSENTIAL
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of global travel markets and customer dynamics
  • Extensive experience in supplier relationship management
  • Exposure to digital and e-commerce sales practices is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global team
