We are currently recruiting for a Transformation Analyst within a Shared Services environment. This role is ideal for an individual who is driven by data accuracy legislative compliance and continuous improvement. The Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in the organisations Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) scorecard performance Employment Equity (EE) compliance Skills Development reporting and overall transformation governance.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Consolidate B-BBEE scorecard data across all elements and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare maintain and track audit files and support documentation for the annual B-BBEE verification.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and verification agencies to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop audit reports scorecards and recommendations.
  • Assist with planning and monitoring transformation projects and targets.
  • Maintain accurate B-BBEE records and certificates.
  • Compile CSI (Corporate Social Investment) data and prepare reporting packs.
  • Manage learner administration including registration attendance and progress tracking.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for Steercom and Social & Ethics committees.
Qualification and Skills Required
  • National Senior Certificate (Matric with Mathematics).
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Transformation B-BBEE verification and Employment Equity.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Personnel Administration is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Accuracy and data integrity focused.
  • Deadline driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound understanding of B-BBEE Act and Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act.
