SATIGO specialises in executive search and talent advisory within Financial Services, supporting clients across investment, banking, public finance and regulated markets. As our Financial Services practice continues to grow, we are looking to hire a Trainee Executive Search Consultant to join the team and learn the profession from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone outgoing, commercially minded and motivated by people and performance. You do not need prior recruitment or executive search experience — we will train you — but you must have the personality, confidence and drive to succeed in a sales-led environment.

All roles you will support are UK-based, working with senior professionals across the Financial Services sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of executive search assignments within Financial Services.
• Building longlists and mapping senior-level talent markets.
• Proactively identifying, approaching and engaging candidates.
• Speaking with professionals to understand experience, motivation and career goals.
• Working closely with senior consultants to learn executive search end to end.

This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility and exposure from day one.
