This is a fast-paced sales role for a high-performing agent with experience in vehicle warranty sales. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, educate customers, and consistently exceed targets — all while delivering top-tier service in a high-volume outbound call centre.

What You’ll Do

• Sell term vehicle warranty and scratch & dent policies

• Promote additional products to maximise each lead

• Match customer needs with tailored product benefits

• Execute the sales process with discipline and integrity

• Respond professionally to leads and customer queries

• Overcome objections and close high-volume deals

• Share best practices and continuously improve performance

• Stay focused, self-managed, and meet/exceed daily KPIs

What You Bring

• Matric and RE5 (essential)

• NQF4 in Short-Term Insurance (preferred)

• 3+ years call centre sales experience

• 2+ years term warranty/VAP experience (non-negotiable)

• Fluent in English + one other official language

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Compliance-driven, resilient, and target-focused
