Seeking a dynamic technically minded sales professional with a passion for service excellence within the coal Mining, Mining or Industrial industry and a hunger for growing new business.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years technical sales
  • A track record of successful sales and support
  • Self-motivated, target driven and customer centric
  • Flame proof equipment knowledge would be an advantage
  • Technical diploma would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications related to Microsoft packages
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure that sales call are planned for efficient execution
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers
  • Provide technical advice on products and services offered by the company
  • Provide after sales service when clients have emergencies and breakdowns
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Secure SLAs with prospective clients
  • Achieve sales and margin targets
  • Complete CRM activities and planning as required by sales manager
  • Participate in exhibitions and road shows
