About the Role<\/h3>
\
We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Student Success Advisor to support students across our range of UX courses, guiding them through their learning journey from start to finish. In this role, you’ll provide clear, personalised guidance, give practical project feedback grounded in design principles and help students stay on track and confident in their learning.<\/p>
\
You’ll also support improvements to our courses by reviewing student feedback, flagging issues, and sharing insights into our processes. You’ll work with product and tech as needed to help improve the student learning experience.<\/p>
\
Key responsibilities<\/h3>
\
\- Use your knowledge of UX and UI design principles to help students understand and apply core concepts in their work.<\/li>
\
- Review and provide constructive feedback on student project work using established criteria and guidelines.<\/li>
\
- Support students throughout their course journey, helping them navigate tools, resources and course content.<\/li>
\
- Respond promptly and clearly to student queries via email, Slack and live chat.<\/li>
\
- Offer personalised support through 1:1 calls, video feedback and live webinar sessions.<\/li>
\
- Bring empathy, patience and professionalism when supporting students from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.<\/li>
\
- Stay up to date with UX tools, plugins and best practices, particularly in Figma.<\/li>
\
- Share student feedback and collaborate with Product and Tech to help improve course content and systems.<\/li>
\
- Spot recurring issues or opportunities and flag them early to help improve the overall student experience.<\/li>
\
- Keep clear notes and documentation to support consistency, handover and team collaboration.<\/li>
\
\
About You<\/h3>
\
\- A degree or equivalent experience in a design related field such as UX, UI or graphic design.<\/li>
\
- A solid understanding of UX and UI design principles and user centred design processes.<\/li>
\
- Confident using Figma for design work, collaboration and feedback.<\/li>
\
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a customer facing, support or advisory role.<\/li>
\
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts in a simple, practical way.<\/li>
\
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with a structured approach to problem solving.<\/li>
\
- Detail focused, logical and consistent in how you work.<\/li>
\
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with teammates.<\/li>
\
- Motivated by helping students succeed and improving their learning experience.<\/li>

What to expect in the hiring process:<\/h3>

We typically work off a three-step interview process:<\/p>
\
\- Step one: Interview with people operations manager - 20 - 30 mins<\/li>
\
- Step two: Interview with the hiring manager and 1 -2 team members- 40 to 60 mins<\/li>
\
- Step three: Task assignment or presentation of applicable work to the hiring manager and 1 - 2 team members<\/li>
