An educational service provider in Cape Town is looking for a Student Services Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role involves supporting students through administrative tasks, handling queries, and ensuring quality service within defined timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and a willingness to work collaboratively within a vibrant and values-led organization. A tertiary qualification or substantial progress toward one is preferred, and flexibility in working hours is key.

Working Practices: Hybrid | Mondays and Thursday in office and remaining days remote

Reports to: Team Leader - Student Services
The Student Services Advisor will be responsible for a range of basic administrative functions contributing to the effective services of students across Higher Education and VET programs.
The role will entail primarily data entry into the student management systems and responding to student queries but will also involve a degree of initiative to support the Student Services team.
