Qualifications

• 10 years of operational experience within a continuous manufacturing environment.
• 10 years of general management experience within a continuous manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales environment (B2B).

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales plans and production capacity are aligned.
• Develop strategies for product sustainability in the market.
• Design and implement pricing strategies and customer service offerings.
• Expand product offerings through appropriate imports.
• Monitor sales trends and implement strategies.
• Compile sales budget for production and logistics budgets.
• Analyse import statistics with SARS for accurate CAPEX data.
• Manage Domestic, Regional, and Export sales teams.
• Align strategies with Group Strategy and market conditions.
