Qualifications

• 510 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years focusing on strategic project management.
• Experience working at or reporting to executive and Board levels.
• Exposure to poultry, agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional HR projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate, prepare, and collate high‑quality HR presentations and reports for the Board.
• Drive the monthly HR Leadership Team meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization.
