Job summary

A leading equipment solutions provider in Northern Cape is seeking a Senior HC Business Partner to drive organizational effectiveness and improve employee experience. This role involves translating business priorities into human capital strategies and delivering HR solutions that align with operational objectives. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably within complex environments like manufacturing or mining. The position offers opportunities to coach business leaders and manage key HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Five to seven years of HR generalist/business partnering experience.
  • Three to four years managing a Human Capital function.
  • Experience in complex operational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Human Capital strategy into actionable plans for the region.
  • Use analytics and trends to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
  • Design integrated people solutions to address business drivers.
  • Coach business leaders on people strategy and HR issues.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
