Qualifications

• Essential: Grade 12 and relevant Retail/Business Management qualification required.
• Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control operational activities at the point of sale effectively.
• Manage stock and cash, minimizing shrinkage with high housekeeping standards.
• Train and motivate shop assistant/cashiers for excellent service.
• Ensure proper staffing in alignment with policies and scheduling.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently according to company policies.
• Promote Clicks clubcard to achieve participation targets.
• Enforce security measures and administrative duties to minimize stock losses.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing friendly and professional service.
• Support the group's vision of being the customer's first choice.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to inform customers.
