Overview

International Luxury Brand with an established Store in Oceans Mall is seeking to employ an experienced SM to lead their team.

Key Function : Actively lead your store to greater achievement and accomplishment through inspiring leadership whilst being an always-present leader responsible for the full operation of your store including but not limited to; creating an A Class customer experience with every customer every time delivering the highest level of store presentation and standards and coaching each team member to exceed the Brand KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Results Management
  • Customer Experience: Creating inspiring A Class Customer Experiences with every customer and setting the service standard for your store
  • Ensure all team members are fully trained in and are creating an A Class experience with every customer using exceptional customer service every day
  • Constantly identify areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience within your store
  • Coaching your teams to handle customer objections to guarantee complete customer satisfaction for every customer enquiry
  • Conduct A Class Inductions for every new Team Member
  • Financial: Ensure all Team Members are aware of each Brand KPI and how to achieve the benchmark including Sales, Wages, Shrinkage, conversion and Cash Variance
  • Ensure all sales budgets are being tracked on a daily basis through the in-store reporting platforms
  • Manage monthly planning and ensure each shift is allocated and the store’s productivity is not compromised
  • Ensure internal and external security procedures are maintained and full compliance is delivered
  • Driving conversion with each team member to increase store revenue
  • As per our client’s operational requirements a credit check and reference checks will be completed
