What we’re looking for

• 5+ years experience conducting Environmental Assessments including lead, mold, asbestos and microbial testing
• OR Heavy Restoration experience (computer, technical writing, scoping of projects, etc.)
• Experience compiling scope of work
• Developing remediation recommendations
• Formalizing written reports
• Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with sub‑contractors, vendors, insurance reps, and clients
• Strong admin and documentation capabilities
• Tech‑savvy – project management software, word, typing efficiency, spreadsheets, database management and tracking
• Sales background would be a huge plus but not a requirement (sales commission bonuses offered)
