Location & Travel

This role will involve travel and therefore a valid driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build demonstrations, presentations, webinars and documentation in close collaboration with the ZA sales team to enhance core demonstration capabilities.
  • Carry out initial and ongoing training and support to the sales team on the value and capabilities of the respective Klipboard solution(s).
  • Attend workshops and Business Discovery sessions with customers and prospects to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements and document outcomes.
  • Build and present software presentations that demonstrate to customers how our solutions meet and exceed their requirements and provide business benefit.
  • Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Professional Services Group, Support and Development teams to develop customer propositions, ensuring that the business understands the real customer requirements and implementing the best available solutions.
  • Document all prospects’ requirements, information gathered, and demonstrations to assist the sales lead and provide a handover to the Professional Services Group and the rest of the business.
  • Incorporate the latest developments into our demonstration systems, working closely with the product teams to adopt new features and document them on the demonstration systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the core demonstration data sets to ensure our systems best represent a live trading environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Ability to understand and assimilate business processes and requirements and convert them into presentations & demonstrations that show business benefit.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups, maintaining effective working relationships within a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage limited time and direction, and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
  • Good working knowledge of the Klipboard portfolio architecture and product set.
  • Knowledge and experience of Klipboard core markets.
  • Previous experience in a presales environment.
