Job summary

A leading marketing firm in South Africa is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee content creation and community management across multiple platforms. Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in social media management, a relevant degree, and be fluent in English. Social Media Manager Required to Join Corporate Office
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Creating social media content calendars
  • Community management across all social media platforms for staple of brands
  • Scheduling of all social media posts
  • Social media campaign building, monitoring and ad creation
  • Platform audience updates
  • Industry related research to assist with campaigns, social media content prep and other required information gatherings
  • Reporting on all social media channel activities
  • Briefing various stakeholders where necessary
  • Troubleshooting of performance or technical problems
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Relevant degree / diploma in marketing
  • 6 years minimum experience in social media management
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
