Job summary

A leader in Integrated Facilities Management is seeking a dynamic Site Supervisor to join their team in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience, particularly in invasive species control, and must be fully computer literate. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, adhering to health and safety regulations, and supervising labor. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to plan and execute operational tasks efficiently. A valid driver’s licence with PDP is also necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works within established rules, regulations, policy and practices.

• Sums up the requirements of a situation and decides which routine (technique / procedure) to use.
• Devises and introduces new routines.
• Concerned with how established organisational rules will be applied
• Supervisor experience at least 5 years invasive species control
• Chainsaw and brush cutter operating and maintenance experience
• Herbicide application and procedures knowledge what to use and when on different invasive species
