  • Generate overdue service and telematics reports
  • Adhere to company processes and assist with debtors’ queries
  • Support performance reviews and compliance with company policies

Join a high-performing service control centre focused on managing breakdowns and scheduling services within company KPIs. Ensure professional customer handling, timely technician dispatch, and complete customer satisfaction follow-ups. Oversee the servicing of contract, STH, and PMA machines as per manufacturer guidelines and ensure all jobs are 100% completed. Identify additional repair needs and support contract/regional managers and parts coordinators in obtaining valid orders.
