We’re looking for a highly capable and proactive mid-level SEO / AdWords Specialist to join a forward-thinking B2B marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office role with some flexibility from Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SEO/AEO and AdWords experience, who can take ownership of an existing client portfolio from day one, optimise campaigns for measurable results, and help the agency stay competitive. You’ll play a central role in shaping strategy, executing high-performing campaigns, and delivering real impact for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO/AEO strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, understand user personas, and optimise content for intent.
  • Collaborate with the content team to guide keyword-focused content creation and optimise existing assets.
  • Perform website audits (desktop & mobile) and implement optimisations to improve performance.
  • Analyse campaign performance and create actionable reports for clients using Google Looker Studio.
  • Manage and optimise AdWords/PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, maximising ROI and meeting KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns, processes, and client results continuously.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in SEO and AdWords within a marketing agency (non-negotiable).
  • Experience managing a B2B client portfolio is essential.
  • Up-to-date Google certification required.
  • Expert knowledge of SEO/PPC tools (SE Ranking, Moz, SEMRush), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Technical understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to turn data into actionable insights and present clearly.
  • Experience with analytics tools is a plus; familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is advantageous but not essential.
