Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a Transport Management role managing 100+ drivers and assistants.
• Grade 12 is compulsory with a relevant tertiary Diploma, Degree, or Honors Degree in Logistics and Transportation Management or similar.
• Good knowledge of Warehousing & Distribution, Transport, FMCG, QSR Management in a multi-temperature environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport operations, ensuring cost control and compliance with quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure staff management and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Regularly report on transport performance and conduct risk assessments.
