Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• As a Senior Training Advisor you will :
• Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach via phone and email Describe the product benefits and any special offers to potential clients
• Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally
• Persuade customers to attend one of our training courses
• Gather and document information about the customer and update SFDC - sales
• CRM, including dates for follow-up calls and more info about the customers
• Self-generate and qualify leads

KPI

• 45 Average calls per day
• Achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets
• Keeping CRM (SFDC) up to date and client records accurate

Networking

• Networking with key accounts
• Self-Generating Leads

Candidate Specifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience and a solid understanding of ISO Standards products and services
• Based in or near Pretoria
• Excellent communication and listening skills
