What the job involves
  • Driving B2B sales growth and building long-term value-based partnerships
  • Leading and mentoring a Sales Manager and Sales Support team
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet ambitious targets
  • Securing apprenticeship placements and partnerships with employers, funders and manufacturers
  • Coaching and holding the team accountable to high performance and ethical standards
  • Analysing data and using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to drive insight and efficiency
  • Representing the organisation confidently with senior stakeholders and partners
What you need to be considered
  • 6 years experience in B2B sales or business development (education training or social impact sectors an advantage)
  • 3 years in senior leadership managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven track record in consultative value-led selling and partnership management
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at executive level
  • Strong data and CRM literacy (Salesforce advantageous)
  • Passion for youth development education and positive social change
