Diverse Sourcing and Talent Mapping
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify top talent.
  • Develop innovative outreach strategies to attract a wide range of candidates.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape across different functions and industries through talent mapping.
Candidate Engagement and Assessment
  • Serve as the bridge between candidates and our clients.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews, assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our clients and the role, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Guiding Candidates Through the Process
  • Track candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining complete documentation on candidates' qualifications and status in systems and within compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain open communication, addressing candidate concerns and questions promptly.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Candidate Placement
  • Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.

Ideal Applicant Will Have
