The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a B Sc or B Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering, complemented by a post-graduate qualification in Pavement Studies.

Professional Registration as an Engineer (Pr Eng.) is a prerequisite for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant post-professional registration experience in a consulting engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Elmod and Rubicon, advanced Excel skills, and a working knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract.
• Proven track record in managing new pavement, reseal, and rehabilitation projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Willing to work in the field and possess a valid driver’s license.

Duties & Responsibilities
