Monetisation Financial Modelling & Pricing Analytics
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models supporting data products, service bundles, and API monetisation.
  • Define pricing and usage-based revenue scenarios for new DataCo offerings.
  • Provide supports to senior leadership on investment decisions, funding and commercial strategy.
  • Support Partner & Commercial teams to assess revenue-sharing constructs and profitability models.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Governance
  • Manage bottom-up budgets aligned to product roadmaps and commercial milestones.
  • Deliver rolling forecasts with scenario analysis for product launches or opportunity shifts.
  • Monitor cost v actuals; recommend re-allocations to unlock high-impact initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Financial Insights
  • Create dashboards to track KPIs such as ARR, CAC, contribution margins, payback periods.
  • Use analytics to surface usage trends, unit economics, and outlier business signals.
  • Conduct variance analysis and quarterly reviews to drive commercial optimisation.
Investment Evaluation & ROI Frameworks
  • Lead financial due diligence for proof-of-value pilots and partnership deals.
  • Leverage established valuation methodologies to assess business cases and investment opportunities.
  • Define clear, measurable performance indicators and standardized data sources to evaluate the ongoing success and impact of financial decisions.
  • Support OpCo and Group leaders with investment proposals, ROI projections, and break-even analysis.
  • Apply finance-driven governance— aiding funding gating, milestone alignment, and go / no-go decisions.
Controls, Compliance & Data Trust
  • Implement internal controls to support billing, partner reconciliation, and contract compliance.
  • Continuously monitor and provide proactive guidance on business risk assessment and mitigation strategies, in close collaboration with Group Risk & Compliance and Group Legal & Regulatory teams.
  • Ensure finance supports operational readiness— invoicing, revenue recognition, tax, and auditability.
  • Coordinate with Group Finance & Audit to align DataCo financial protocols with decentralised operating models.
  • Ensure adherence to Group governance protocols and policies, including committee approval processes, the decision-making framework (DMF) and standardised operational procedures.
Business Partnering & Cross‑Functional Enablement
  • Act as embedded Finance partner to product, commercial, and ops leads—supporting sprint-level decision‑making.
  • Provide coaching and financial literacy support to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Advise on resource leverage, funding pipeline, and revenue integration into broader Group financial plans.
Education
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in finance.
  • Chartered Accountant; certifications in Financial Analytics or FP&A beneficial.
  • Advantageous financial modelling tools, BI platforms or data analytics tools.
  • Advantageous Master's degree (MBA) or similar postgraduate qualifications.
Experience
