Summary

Our client, a well-established and renowned luxury brand known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer experience is looking for a Senior Financial Manager CA(SA). The company is a multi-division organisation operating across retail stores, a manufacturing/factory environment, and a central head office. The business continues to grow in scale and complexity, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Manager to play a key role in supporting and strengthening the finance function.

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Qualified CA(SA)
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in finance/ accounting with at least 3–5 years in a senior or managerial role
  • Demonstrated experience with transfer pricing governance, intercompany accounting and multinational reporting
  • Relevant finance management experience gained within a multinational organisation
The Role

The Senior Financial Manager will lead and manage all or selected components of the finance function, depending on the experience and strengths of the appointed candidate and the evolving needs of the business. The role provides both strategic and operational exposure, with responsibility spanning:

  • Financial accounting and management reporting
  • Financial reporting up to audited annual financial statements
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis
  • Tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance
  • Transfer pricing and group-related financial considerations including tax and compliance with transfer pricing regulations
  • Strengthening financial controls, processes, and governance
  • Driving efficiencies, automation, and continuous improvement across the finance function

The role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver high-quality financial insight that supports informed decision-making, performance optimisation, and long-term sustainability.

Leadership & Collaboration

This is a highly collaborative leadership role. The Senior Financial Manager will work closely with the CEO and executive team, with key financial decisions remaining a collective, executive-led process.
