Job summary

A recruiting agency is seeking a Facilities Manager with substantial experience in facilities management and construction. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and at least ten years of experience, including five years in a management role. Responsibilities include providing leadership to the facilities department, managing projects, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates with GCC and project management qualifications will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in facilities and/or construction management.
• GCC would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic managerial leadership and direction to the Facilities department.
• Ensure effective execution of facilities-related projects.
• Manage Opex and Capex budgets and monitor expenses.
