Responsibilities

Position Purpose: Reporting into the Head of Display, Paid Social & Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for StoneX B2B Campaigns, covering Brand & Performance Campaigns, securing the planning and execution of digital and non-digital campaigns, optimization and presenting results to internal stakeholder. In addition, the role requires you to support on implementing 3rd party advertising technology, applying tracking. Media spend will be optimized by any means necessary to ensure KPIs and targets are met. Therefore, a data-driven and analytical approach is essential, as well as lateral thinking. Working in conjunction with stakeholders in head office, as well as around the globe, will be key so campaigns resonate on a local level

Primary duties will include
  • Meeting targets and ensuring the return of investment from display & paid social is maximized
  • Managing 3rd party advertising technology on a day-to-day basis, including DSP, ad server & ad-fraud tech
  • Managing the relationships with direct media owners and negotiate rates
  • Creating processes and best practices documents to ensure a uniform account structure exists globally, allowing for fluid management and scaling
  • Awareness of media owner’s advertising policies that cover complex speculative financial products, and ensuring advertising accounts are authorized
  • Managing the relationships with internal stakeholders on day-to-day communication and reportingAccurate management of spend & budgets, adhering to the StoneX finance process
Qualifications

To land this role you will need

  • A minimum of 4+ years working in display & social advertising
  • Expert/hands-on knowledge of both programmatic and direct media buying, bidding strategies, optimization and testing methods and account management
  • Experience with Private Market Place (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) within the programmatic platform
  • Experience with multiple ad-formats in programmatic. i.e. Digital Out-of-Home, Connected TV
  • Experience in managing paid campaigns in Twitter & Facebook
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Experience in dealing with budget holders (internally or externally)
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to explain digital strategy towards budget holders
  • Understanding of how display & paid social integrate with other digital and offline channels
  • Experience both direct response & brand campaigns
  • Proven track record of increasing return from advertising spend across Display & Paid Social
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Intermediate Google Analytics skills
  • Comfortable working with a data management platform (DMP)
