Position:

Senior Data Engineer
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $1, - $3, / month (negotiable based on experience)
Work Hours: Flexible (aligned with U.S. client time zones)
Preferred Candidate Locations: We are currently prioritizing candidates based in Europe, Iran, Southeast Asia, and Latin America due to client requirements and salary expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines.
• Develop and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data needs and requirements.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data, including data cleansing and validation.
• Manage data storage systems and optimize them for performance and scalability.
• Implement data governance and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improving data workflows.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior data engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and big data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
