Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lending, financial services, or legal sector.
• Experience managing complex client cases and handling rejections.
• Background in probate and/or family law lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries and applications from borrowers and solicitors.
• Proactively follow up on leads to optimize conversion rates.
• Compile and manage application documentation for underwriting review.
