Senior Content & Campaigns Marketing Lead

Team: Growth / Marketing
Type: Full-Time, Remote (Americas Time Zones Preferred)
Reports To: Director of Marketing

We’re hiring a Senior Content & Campaigns Marketing Lead to own and execute our lifecycle content strategy. This includes everything from planning editorial calendars to shipping high-impact campaigns across email, SMS, and paid social. You\'ll manage production of copy, visuals, and video—while keeping everything on track, on brand, and performance-optimized. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on growth.

What You\'ll Do
  • Manage a 90-day content calendar spanning email, in-app messaging, and paid remarketing
  • Write and delegate high-performing content including copy, visuals (Canva/Figma), and short-form videos (CapCut/Adobe)
  • Execute campaigns in HubSpot or HighLevel and ensure tracking/reporting is accurate
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to align messaging with feature launches and business goals
  • Track content performance, make data-backed optimizations, and share insights with stakeholders
  • Mentor two junior marketers; provide regular feedback and conduct skills development sessions
  • Explore new AI tools to improve creative output, scale content, and drive faster delivery
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in content-driven marketing roles with lifecycle or campaign ownership
  • Strong portfolio of email, video, and visual content that contributed to measurable marketing goals
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or HighLevel for launching and tracking campaigns
  • Proficiency with Canva/Figma, CapCut or Adobe, and Sheets for reporting
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and junior marketers or freelancers
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
First 90 Days
  • Audit content library and identify gaps across the lifecycle
  • Launch a multi-touch nurture campaign focused on increasing engagement and conversion
  • Standardize campaign creation workflows and train junior marketers on execution
  • Deliver a monthly campaign performance report with key learnings and optimization ideas
