This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and sales while ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Oversee daily operations of the butchery, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality production.
  • Manage and supervise butchery staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure all meat products are cut, prepared, and displayed according to company standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
