Key Responsibilities
- Drive Net New Business Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and channel development. Execute a structured sales process that moves opportunities from lead to closed‑won efficiently.
- Channel Partner Management: Recruit, onboard, and activate new Reseller Partners. Build strong, trust‑based relationships with partners to drive joint pipeline growth. Collaborate on go‑to‑market activities, sales enablement, and quarterly business reviews.
- Key Account Growth: Retention, protect and grow revenue in existing accounts through upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal management. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client needs are met and our clients value is consistently reinforced.
- Strategic Selling in Cybersecurity SaaS: Confidently position our clients products against competitive offerings, articulating value in terms of business outcomes and security posture. Maintain a strong understanding of email security, cybersecurity trends, and SaaS best practices.
- Sales Execution & Reporting: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM (Zoho CRM experience advantageous). Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on account strategy.
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Experience: Proven success in B2B SaaS sales (cybersecurity experience highly advantageous).
- Channel Expertise: Experience managing VARs, MSPs, distributors, or OEM partners.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Sales DNA – hunter mentality with a proven track record of closing high‑value deals.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp complex email and cybersecurity concepts quickly and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Resilience: Thrives in high‑pressure, target‑driven environments.
