Responsibilities
  • Handle and manage complex cases and transactions across various practice areas.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and advisory work.
  • Mentor, supervise, and guide junior associates and trainees.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with partners on business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements
  • LLB degree (Master's degree or specialization advantageous).
  • Admission as an Attorney of the High Court.
