Overview

Tittle: Senior Accountant

Location: Remote (SA)

Schedule: Full Time 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm (PST)

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our growing remote finance team. This is a key role for an experienced professional with a strong foundation in US GAAP, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage full-cycle accounting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play an integral role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving financial excellence in a remote-first team—this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and assist in monthly and year-end close processes.


• Maintain and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards.


• Support accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing of transactions.


• Prepare reports, assist with tax filings, compliance documentation, and audit support.


• Partner with the Finance Director to streamline accounting workflows and optimize financial operations.


• Manage QuickBooks for daily entries, reconciliations, and reporting.


• Provide support on ad-hoc financial projects and administrative tasks related to finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.


• Proven experience using QuickBooks in a professional setting (must-have).


• Preferred: Background in e-commerce or retail accounting (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, etc.).


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.


• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.


• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with global teams across time zones.
