Qualifications

• 6 years experience in the financial position.

Responsibilities

• Manage company financial information effectively and efficiently.
• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare complete Management Accounts (income statement and balance sheet).
• Processing of Cash Books and allocating income and expenses.
• Review reconciliation of Accounts (Debtors, Creditors and Bank).
• Assisting with Fixed Assets and asset management.
• Posting Monthly Journals.
• Manage Petty Cash and Credit Card reconciliation.
• Assist in Expense Analysis report against budgets.
• Monthly VAT reconciliations and e-filing.
• Assist with financial audits and year-end audits.
• Investigate financial discrepancies and irregularities.
• Data management and processing.
• Manage and issue purchase orders.
• Daily customer invoicing.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent qualification
